- This is a Talk by HH Sri Sri Ravishankarji, emphasizing on "The Guru, Time, Space and Mind" and the subtle connection between all these essential elements of Life. Guruji, as he is known, shares insight on the presence of One Master in our life is enough to complete life's endless journey. He also discusses the relationship and the effects that Time has on the Human mind in a particular Space with respect to its active or passive state or mood change. Meditation can be the best tool tap back to what is constant and unchanging from the negative effects of Time and Space on the Human Mind. This, he says, is the greatness of the Super consciousness, the creator of the entire creation.

I am nowhere close to guruji, but, I think you choose the path (or opportunity) whichever you think is the best for your goals (make sure your goals should be self-less) to best of your abilities. That is your karma. Rest, phala (fruit or results) is not in your hands, you can leave that for paramatma. I hope that helps.

Hi Vinod! Yes you are right. But, I think dhyana yoga and karma yoga are related. Dhyan karna does not mean necessarily mean not to perform karma (actions). Even if you are performing actions - for yourself, family, community, nation and world, then too you can do dhyana to make yourself aware that the results are not in your hands and separate yourself from the desire of results. By separating yourself from the desires of your actions is karma yoga but if you do not meditate, you may go astray.
