This phone looks as good/bad as others in the price range. Face unlock was/is never a thing in Android phones. U shudn't be complaining. Plenty of Screen recording apps are available. So not a big issue. Coming to gaming- On medium graphics, this phone runs smooth AF. No complaining here. The UI is smooth as well. No complains. I agree that low light photos aren't a thing of budget camera phones. So the same applies to this phone. Basically, u hate Samsung, so u have literally bashed this phone. Lol. Jeez. Grow up, kid.

I am an English language trainer and because of Covid 19, like any other teacher, I am also taking online classes from home. I bought this phone for the very same purpose two days ago. To my utter disappoint, right after the first video call using this phone, which lasted for 30 minutes, the phone began to heat up. Because my old phone has gone for repairs, I took some classes with this phone, and had to cancel some. I have written to Samsung on Facebook and instagram and despite their assurance message yesterday, have not received any call from them yet.
I don't use the phone for 3-4 hours but being a teacher I have online class on Google meet so I hope I won't have network issues as the class goes on for 1&1/2 hour I hope my meeting will go smooth ?? Please reply so I can decide I buy this or buy mi note 9 pro

This M31 is good in display but it do not have 64 and 32 MO camera both are 16 and 12 MP respectively. And battery mah is only 3200 not 6000mah. Rest are good.

Stop giving positive reviews, I'm a user of this phone. Its worst mobile till date i used. Some problems are auto restart, heat issue, face unlock sometimes it won't work, sometimes speaker audio stops working I have to restart then it works and main surprise is apps installed in mobile is related to Africa I don't know why those are installed when it sold in India.
