maybe next time you attempt to give constructive criticism, try to make it like a compliment sandwich, and point out what specifically about it could have been improved: e.g. you all did really well and i like how you did ___, though i think some energy was missing from the white overalls girl and a few others, but overall, great job and brilliant performance or something like that
