You can use joker cards to purchase upgrades to your fraggers i.e if you need to collect an amount of cards to upgrade a fragger the joker cards can get you there if you have enough
If you don't spend cash in game...I'd say spend em on not more than 3 main Fraggers. One good high level card like blot can win you matches better than a team of low level ones.

Bibi speed boost only applies to allies, kinda like queen boom. This is due to the fact that he broken and sweaty Bibi mains kept winning.

Check the 1.6.7 update notes. Bibis skill no longer gives him a speed boost but it only gives his allies a speed boost.

They nerfed BiBi which is why he doesn't get a speed boost from his ult. It's in the patch notes
Yes,When he uses his ult he doesn't get that speed that he got earlier 🙄 now the allies (who is around Bibi) got the speed
