i see your intelligence on realism is a lie. let me explain, REALISM, it didint need many police vehicles for the mission but it was for realism. in real life it would of had around 30 or 20 so of law enforcement. checkpoints would be left right center every where to catch the suspect. so i suggest you research on how the LAPD handles with bomb threats.

Install 'Additional Units Submod'. Its also made by Hoppah and adds more vehicles to the LA mod. V1.3 supports LA mod 2.1

EMERGENCY 4 can be found in Europe or so and it can be found in US and Canada but named 911 First responders same thing different name and publisher.
You can go to ebay or amozon and you can buy it there for about 10$
