The pallets you doing man are a loooot better looking than the garbage I work with everyday lol. Usually gotta replace both b1's a T1 and 1 or 2 T3's on every pallet lol. Oh and the occasional block here and there
Well at the time of that comment if they were damaged we didnt have to replace them. we were spoiled lol. But we were getting truckloads of those kinds of damaged pallets so needless to say that has since changed lol.
Although maybe it is broken easily, it is cheap. I am from a manufacturer of plastic pallet, although plastic type can be used for 5-10 years, the price is about $15.

Michael the taper rule states that the pallet must be greater than 2 1/2" hisT1 is around 2 with meets spec.

Actually the taper rule is 1 1/2. And how can u even tell if it was more than that just by watching video. I do all my pallets by the specs.
