As before, my recommendations are 0&4 (also a Kanghyun song, but very _very_ different to the two you've heard so far), and Q (written by bassist/rapper/maknae Giuk, but actually also _rewritten_ by him from a previous song, to take advantage of their special guest). All five have been the primary composers of released songs and they all contribute to each others songs, but the main vocalist, Yonghoon, the rapper/bassist Giuk (formerly Cya) and the guitarist Kanghyun are the primary composers. Each one has his own style so their music is quite varied but always good. You may not want to include their covers in your ranking. They probably don't belong there, but they are the best cover band I know of, making every song completely different but still recognizable. I know you have reacted to (G)I-DLE's Latata and Onewe's cover of it is amazing.
Parting is beautiful. There's just something about Onewe's song progression that makes it gripping, you just can't help but focus and be in the moment. Glad you've taken a liking to them. I'm gonna say it right now. Good luck on ranking Onewe songs. I tried it a few years back when people on twitter were passing around this Onewe ranking generator. I'm very happy that you seem to appreciate the kind of music that Onewe does! Parting have a wistful and beautiful melody and the instrumental wonderfully portrays the message of the lyrics (based on a recurring dream the gutiarist Kanghyun had when he was younger). When you start the Ultimate Ranking, you'll see that Emotional rock is a pretty accurate description for their vibe in general, but also prepare yourself to be surprised😉 I second the suggestions of Ollie 0094's guide to have a overview of the members and I also strongly recommend their covers.

My favorite songs are "Universe", "Montage", "Regulus", "Ring on my Ears", "Aurora", "Rain to Be", "Trauma/Aquarium" and "Trigger". Actually, I don't know why I have favorite songs cause my Onewe playlist is every song in album order and on repeat and I never skip one. I hope you've listened to the B sides cause those are the best ones. "Trigger" is a masterpiece. 😁

This is the song that got me into Onewe and now that is my ult group and the lead singer Yonghoon is my ult bias. The Ollie0094 is my preferred guide. This is one of those groups that make non-skip albums. I do love K-bands quite a bit. I like Lucy, Hoppipolla, Day6, The Rose, N.Flying, Xdinary Heroes, et all. They all have such different sounds even if they are bands. But Onewe's albums are always in my top of the year. I will come back for your ranking, cause there is not a wrong answer. Just so you know they put out acoustic version of most songs as well.

It's so interesting how they went from high school garage band to indie rockers to where they are now, which you'd think would be one of the most famous k-rock bands but unfortunately their popularity lags far behind their artistry (the curse of RBW imo).
@@K-RossReacts They first came to my attention when they were the backup band for Mamamoo's rock version of Decalcomanie at a 2016 year end song festival. At that time they were called MAS 0094 or just MAS (Make A Sound). Shortly afterwards they signed with RBW and re-debuted a couple years later as Onewe in 2019. Just got home from seeing the punk musical Good Vibrations in NY. The Irish Arts Center brought over the Lyric Theatre's production from Belfast. It's a stage version of the movie, which I imagine you've seen. Brought back memories of the days of cheap beer, Teenage Kicks and the DIY punk ethos. Well done by everyone involved. :)

You probably know this but the Keyboard player Dongmyeong is the twin brother of Xion from Oneus (supposedly they were born 1 minute apart)
