I was just up in lone pine camping this past weekend. I love the simplicity of your build and equipment. Mammoth brewery is my favorite up there. +1 for the Pliny hoodie!
Awesome location to camp for the night 🌙 & ❄️ I see some new toys to cook with. The meal looked warm & delicious for that cold and windy night. Yeah that snow froze one of my fishing spots was about 12 inches frozen thick and they closed the gate to Mammoth Lakes, June lake loop the winds were blowing about 30 mph this past Wednesday and Thursday so that finished my fishing outing on this last week for the Sierras trout season. But what a Beautiful 2 days and I found a killer spot a giant Chorizo & egg, bean burrito made Lucky boys breakfast burrito look tiny . Another awesome video there Hombre.
@@elijahdondadacame to comments to mention the awning. Would love to see more build details on that between trip videos. Looks like you are also a DIYer so I can appreciate the work
@greeenteeee yup it’s an ARB 4x6. But I first started with a diy awning using a tent tarp and poles. I would attach it to the roof with either suction cup mounts or carbiners attached to bungee cord that wrapped around the roof rack. You can see it in this vid: ua-cam.com/video/AY0siXJSzKA/v-deo.html
Great video as always man. Mammoth lakes is such an underrated place and I’m glad you show it some love. I absolutely love it out there. Schat’s bakery is a must stop on the way home every time! Also, if you haven’t already, check out Convict Lake in Mammoth! Amazing place. Be safe on your adventures
Thank you! Yea Mammoth is amazing every time I go. I passed Convict Lake and it looked epic from afar so I’m gonna check it out next time. And now I understand what the hype is all about for Schat’s lol.
