Several years ago, I told a priest that I was angry about all the corruption and sex scandals going on in the Church. The priest responded, "If you weren't angry, there would be something wrong with you."

Went to confession a month ago and confessed anger towards the pope and the priest said “Why are you upset with him?” And I said because he is sowing confusion and that’s not from God. Then the priest began to say how good pope Francis is and I realized I was confessing to an 81 year old Jesuit (whom I love and respect but his reaction made sense) and he totally gave me absolution. No absolution because of a disagreement is crazy to me.

To get Pope Francis out of his seat would be very very difficult. Many of the Vatican officials don’t care about faith, doctrine, moral, Pachimoma and a forest of other problems.
Yes it’s ok to bring up the problems but we don’t have the power to change things. It is bad in that the church gets divided over our Pope. Many Catholics will refuse to support peters pence .

If we are "divided over our pope," it is due to his behavior and pronouncements that violate Church teaching!

Hi Anthony, I was at the Fatima Shrine in Asbury, NJ yesterday. No, Trump was not there - not unless he was completely incognito and with zero entourage! (Logistically, that would also make no sense. Access to the Blue Army Shrine is windy back-country roads in rural New Jersey… it’s more than 5 hours’ drive from here to Butler, PA. There was, however, a very large turnout for the Fatima anniversary day Mass with Cardinal Burke, with the novus ordo Mass offered ad orientum (as Cardinal Burke always does when he visits the shrine).

The shrine is about a 1/2 hr away from Bedminster where the President resides so it's not that impossible for him to go there.
The story about President Trump that should be told is the one regarding the statue of Saint Michael posted on lifesite weeks ago, and how father Altman was able to give it to Barron for Donald.
This challenge/letter will go unheeded and nothing will change. As usual. Burke and Sarah will do nothing.

There things to be questioned about yesterday. Such as the very poor job of securing the area the SS. Did however saying it was fake is disgusting.
Agreed. I'm not saying don't question what happened. I'm saying the event happened. What actually happened should be investigated. But people died and they did try to take Trump out.
+JMJ Priest denying absolution? The laity need to raise objections to the Bishop of that priest.
Practically speaking, there is very little such a minority of Cardinals can do besides keep up the morale of those trying to adhere to the immemorial Faith. Cardinal Burke not too long ago very graciously visited our TLM parish and presided over confirmations. This is the sort of thing that keeps the faithful hopeful as well.
Could he have meant Revelation 19:1 perhaps? That appears to be close.
President Trump and Melania visited the John Paul II shrine in New York. Don’t remember the Fatima shrine visit.
The Prelates may all agree the Francis was duly elected, ad infinitum. But there can be no doubt that this Pope's tenure is changing and, yes, going against & destroying the Faith. May these same Prelates also stand up for the Faith. If they can't, why have a Heirachy? What good is the traditional Magisterium? What good are the teachings of Christ if they can be reinterpreted?

The good Ukrainian priest, Fr. Charron, also talked to President Trump and reported that he was a good and knowledgeable man.
The laity are to unite ,as many have, in prayer to our Theotokos, with rosaries. For the Church and for the Pope and for our priests.
Pray for them during the Mass, leaving the Church is not a solution.
The break down of the laity’s prayer lives are what has put us in this predicament with the evils of the world.
The evacuation,over the last 50+ years, away from the Church is our fault for not remaining faithful to worship of God, our support with prayer of all things Catholic and the whole world.

Right around 10:52 Cardinal Müller cites Ephesians 19:1. There is no 19:1. He cites it to support the "three loudly proclaimed mysteries accomplished in God's silence". There's nothing about that anywhere in Ephesians chapter 1. Any ideas on what he meant?

Our Cardinals are unable to fight a Pope that has e ery sign of Dimentia. He shows every aspect of this through a Childish and Willfull attack on Catholucs who Know more than Him. The Pope is now an open door to the true heretics that are using His physical deterioration as the tool for thier agenda. Over time there will be investigations of decreasing funds, questionable investments, and then "blessed" Lesbian couples seeking approval from the Vatican to bring life to the Catholic Church through sperm doneing. At this the whole world will see the Pope to be so far gone in His Dementia.

My Pastor in San Diego doesn't say body of Christ when I accept communion. Now he is doing a song and dance when I come up changing from the center position to a poison on the immediate right layperson so I don't receive communion from him. I switched to the guy on the right before he realized I was switching and the pastor didn't know what to do. He won't win. God will.

@@CatholicMailman I won't give up the Church and I won't let them win. It's not man's church. It's God's church. Sort of like all these California's thst move to Florida. My grand kids are here and we are doing the best we can.
@@larrydawson2580first & foremost the Church is the Catholic Faith. The Novus Ordo don’t teach the Catholic Faith because many of the priests don’t believe in the supernatural but rather in materialism. Man had replaced God at its center. Judge them by their fruits.

A very good priest that denied absolution. You should never deny that Pope Francis is the Pope or its a mortal sin on your soul.
Theologians have historically said it's not a sin to harbor doubts about the validity of a pope. I've covered this before.

However, St Catherine of Sienna and a small minority disagreed; they turned out to be correct. Meanwhile, St V eventually realized he had been wrong, and, well, continued raising folks from the dead. (Going on memory I think it was about 24 people all told.)
