Symfony 4 & Doctrine: Exploring ParamConverter

Let me know if the video needs to be recreated because i made this in a rush, basically this should give a basic idea on how to use the ParamConverter in Doctrine 2 and Symfony 4, and also an idea on how to create a custom converter in case you want to.
