Good to know what to shipover and what to purchase locally. Do the floor tiles come in wood grain finish? I cant imagine walking on floor tiles which may be slippery and dusty especially during the harmattan.
Yes they do have the wood grain as well. So much tile to choose from. Everything gets dusty. You dust one day the next day is a film of dust especially in windy Hammantan 💞🙏🏽💞🙏🏽💞🙏🏽💞
You must understand that in other countries (U.S.) things are manufactured rapidly NOT handmade like there in The Gambia. I’m going to ship my house goods.

Just don’t do leather products like chairs etc because the heat plus humidity will make them crack faster than you can imagine!!! Also chairs with mechanical parts tend to rust if they are in humid ocean places. If the house has a/c then that might not be a big deal. Also I suggest people bring dehumidifiers for their closets .
Everyone else buys from their own and supports their own why shouldn't it be any different for us. But if you ask the other groups we aren't supposed to support our own.
How will the leather fare in the heat and the damp rainy season...get some oil for it. watch out for mold. Are you guys planning on putting up security camera's. I hope so.
75,000 = 1,421.00, i don't think so...not feeling most of the material and patterns. Bed prices are ok but not the sofas however, i have paid 5,000 for an Ashley bed and matress in the states so i guess it's doable
