I will eventually build something of my own, I have nowhere to move to, my brothers live in cities, are rich with big houses and children with serious behavioral issues which are likely geneticand lack of discipline due to our father' harsh upbringing. They're cowards, but they're my cowards, and a time will come for me to shun them until then I'll pray for them. My fathers friends have filled the gap where the large family I never met on my father's side should be and my mother's side died out. I appreciate your advice and if things were different I would move. But I have spent the past year doing the work I was raised doing, meeting with men smarter than me, and reading Gods Word which has led me to believe I'm where I'm supposed to be for now. My wife works at Carhartt, and they are terminating her employment on Feb 16 because she will not get the vaccine due too several health issues and her religious beliefs. Even my Cintas work uniforms in our welding shop are carhart... my favorite arctic level work jacket from my time in Alaska, All of my winter sock hats/beanies, my wallet is even a Carhart... I'm a firefighter/paramedic. Something like ninety percent of the firefighters in my area got the vaccine the second it became available last January. Out of those hundreds of people I've never heard of anyone having any issue with it. We deal with so many covid patients that it just makes sense for me. Even as healthcare workers though, we weren't forced to get it and now that we know that, while it does reduce your chances of dying or being hospitalized, it doesn't stop the spread, so there is no justification in mandating it. If this becomes common knowledge, it can't be good for carhart's business.
I bought a pair of pants from them last year to work on my yard. It took me half an hour looking at their catalog to find a usa made pair. Afterwards I got an email from them asking why did pick those pants. I wrote back, Made in the US of A. I guess I will be buying a new pair from American Made to work on my yard this year.

They cant care for their property anymore and can't pay someone to do it. One day it will be mine and my two older brothers who don't It won't be any different for me somewhere else, I'm not a scared or worried, voicing what I'm going through is only to confirm to others to stand up and push back when necessary. I'll either find a job eventually with a family I know doing work I can physically do as my ability for manual labor is waning. I built medium power transformers on third shift in a specialized position for ten years, one of six people in the plant who could run the process I trained four years to operate. I'm skilled, I have a bachelor of science degree in govtw/ minor in Biblical Studies. I worked in garages for 12 years from age 15-27 before building transformers. I will eventually build something of my own, I have nowhere to move to, my brothers live in cities, are rich with big houses and children with serious behavioral issues which are likely geneticand lack of discipline due to our father' harsh upbringing. They're cowards, but they're my cowards, and a time will come for me to shun them until then I'll pray for them. My fathers friends have filled the gap where the large family I never met on my father's side should be and my mother's side died out. I appreciate your advice and if things were different I would move. But I have spent the past year doing the work I was raised doing, meeting with men smarter than me, and reading Gods Word which has led me to believe I'm where I'm supposed to be for now. Carhartt has been dropping in quality for years, my grandpa's coat from the 70s still feels more heavy duty than my 4 year old one.
I have one almost 20 years and it is in better shape than my 4 year old one.
It's b******* and there s*** is f****** horrible I got to buy size 38s for cars because if I buy my size and speaking my size is like a 3-in gap in my waist so it's not tight it shrinks to like a f****** 30 and I can't f****** fit in it no more I have to buy a f****** two sizes up to confiscate for the f****** washing for the shrink I've also asked a cohort worker Will these shrink if I buy these and she didn't know normally the shirts do I'm like okay so I bought a bigger shirt didn't shrink So now I got a big f****** shirt on me and tight ass jeans

We recently had a meeting at work last week before the supreme court hearing. At the meeting my lumber mill tried to mandate vaccines and masks. I immediately walked out and quit on the spot. I know many ppl who quit over the vaccine and thier jobs got quickly filled by those who care about Thiers and others health. Many of them still can't find jobs cause most places require vaccines and others won't hire ppl who quit over crying

I'm a firefighter/paramedic. Something like ninety percent of the firefighters in my area got the vaccine the second it became available last January. Out of those hundreds of people I've never heard of anyone having any issue with it. We deal with so many covid patients that it just makes sense for me. Even as healthcare workers though, we weren't forced to get it and now that we know that, while it does reduce your chances of dying or being hospitalized, it doesn't stop the spread, so there is no justification in mandating it. If this becomes common knowledge, it can't be good for carhart's business.
I bought a pair of pants from them last year to work on my yard. It took me half an hour looking at their catalog to find a usa made pair.
Afterwards I got an email from them asking why did pick those pants.
I wrote back, Made in the US of A.
I guess I will be buying a new pair from American Made to work on my yard this year.
I get it dude, I really do. It boils my blood. And if I could just burn my shit today and spend hundreds of dollars on another brand I would. I live in Wisconsin, I need it one way or another. I am currently trying to keep 1 of 2 vehicles on the road so that I can go to and from work and drive my kid around. Why would I burn items that I all ready spent money on and legitimately need everyday. You live below me, I know it's cold there right now. It's colder here. I can commit to not spending money on their clothes from here on out. You don't need to go all Eminem on us now. You are a huge inspiration to me as well as many others, and we all stand for same shit. Remember your roots dawg. Some of us are still broke paying bills and fixing vehicles in a brandon economy.
I'm in a similar situation but I'm in North Dakota. I'm just ripping all the patches off and not buying any of their stuff again. Slowly have to phase it out of my house. But all the patches are coming off.

I’m a Veteran who has lost faith in our country and Government. I’m stuck in a dead end job working my butt off (guess I’m lucky to have a job I guess) for libs who let anyone and everyone who isen’t brown or white do what they want and the rest of us must pull the weight on a daily basis and get treated like servants. PTSD, insomnia, deppression...You name it n alot of us Veterans got it. Many don’t have much saved for retirement due to debt and how expensive craps gotten in most parts of the US. I’ll probably never get to own a home and will likely have to retire outside the country I love someday. My question is who’s actually looking out for the good hard working Americans? The political parties sure aren’t...Vaccine, etc don’t apply to them....They live the good life. When will it all end? When will our country go back to having pride in or flag and Anthem just as we did prior and right after 9/11? Remember politicians from both sides on the steps of the Capitol singing God Bless America? I’m sorry but it ALL started with Obama and went down hill from there. Trump did a good job on the economy until Covid messed everything up but even the Reps have stood by for years and allowed Dems, blm, antifa etc do as they wish. Keep this up and Vets who have nothing to loss will most likely end up taking drastic and unfortunatly violent measures...Mark my words...Its coming.
