How many mm are the guides large? which wood do you use ? how did you manufacture the tool to measure exact distance ( that you use to fix the exact distance for the guides)
The slats are approx. 45x20 mm in pine. I saw a number of jacks in the molding to make it more flexible. A line is drawn on the molding to show where I should nail so that the nail will hit the groove next to it. reinas1.synology.me:5001/photo/mo/sharing/eKPPJHuTJ The interpreter is made of an aluminum angle. The dimensions of the interpreter are calculated based on the stop on the cutter and a 4mm cutter to hit the middle of the groove to be milled. reinas1.synology.me:5001/photo/mo/sharing/ySdrQHlt2 Album reinas1.synology.me:5001/photo/mo/sharing/0FuCClCe9
I make the channels 4 -5 mm deep. I used a 4mm router bit. First pass 2,5mm deep. Second pass 4-6mm deep. Third pass 6mm deep with 0,5mm offset To get cleen edges. I looked for a 4,5mm router bit, but that was impossible to find.

asking for a friend ;)

@@havnjero de är bara 0,8-1mm beroende på sort.
Great job. How ddid you close the nail holes in the planks?
The nails was shot in the second caulk line and next in the third line. And so on. Therfore invissible.
