At this point, I’m sorta getting annoyed that Logan can’t say or show anything Nintendo related on “Chilly’s” channel. But the times I was happy is when he asked for the game on a phone call, or when he showed the disk, showing the Wii logo, the Nintendo logo, and the Nintendo certified seal thing.

You get a C&D letter from Nintendo and their lawyers and you take the tiniest risk of losing everything, and tell me how it's going. Nintendo is a big company with an army of lawyers and they could easily take everything from Logan, and now one will question it. Especially since he's in a bad spot from using their characters the way he did.
