Hey! thank you for coming by and watching these videos, :) I will be able to do Hoover verses the Dyson but the Oreck Elevate has a broken zipper and I have to get it replaced. I apologize about that. I could compare it to the canister Oreck.
kode1996 I still love my elevate! I really want a magnesium! But it's a great machine. So far my zipper hasn't broke. And I still have the same bag in it from 6 months ago when I bought it. No smells!
I really hope these get released here in New Zealand as I want one. I have a hoover carpet washer that matches this . if any one has any info on release dates etc please contact me
The bristles may be too stiff for your wool rug. That's why there are so many red fibers. Wool rugs need to be cleaned with either straight suction or soft bristled machines. Sebo even sells a separate brush for delicate rugs known as the green brush. If you have an older Kirby, an old Electrolux with PN4 or earlier or an Oreck XL those are safe.
You've got the Hoover React and the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser. Which do you consider to be a better machine? Also have you seen the new Electrolux Pro Swivel and the Eureka FloorRover?
Hi. Between this Hoover React and Shark Navigator Powered Lift-Away DLX, and among other new Sharks. Which brands have a powerful suction in carpets, rugs, and wood floors. Both brands are very convincing. Miele is too expensive, can't afford it. :D
I would go with the hover react powered lift away, I had the non powered lift away model. it seemed to have better dust separation then the shark and it keep the filters very clean for me. And has very powerful airflow.
So Beautiful I apologize for that comment. I do not know how it happened. What I mean to say. was "Yes we did" I am so sorry. The cracks caused us to get splinters in our feet, so we decided to cover it up. It helps with animal mess cleanup as well. I hope this was a better responce:) Then that mess I replied above.
You need to vacuum that red carpet more. Vacuum it so much with the Dyson animal or the shark navigator powered lift away. Vacuum it until no more fluff comes off.
The FloorSense technology sounds nice....but call me weird, I wouldn't buy this vacuum without having a brushroll on/off switch on the unit. Ya, sure, you can shut it off via the Hoover app, as well as customize other aspects of the vacuum's performance too I bet. But that's a nuisance that the ONLY way you can shut the brush off completely via an app. I don't want to have to mess with a computer or cellphone just to vacuum, especially if I don't have a lot of time & need to be done fast. Hoover should have put a brushroll on/off switch on it that allowed the brush to go full speed, then slow for floors, or completely off for floors or for delicate rugs where you cannot use the brushroll at all. Serious mistake on their part!
Mrs. Moncrief I know. it saddens me as well. the dogs wouldn't quit using the bathroom on it. and it wasn't a very good quality carpet for pets. the bottom of it was still soiled with urine, even after all the shampooing videos. the carpet was to thick to allow any airflow or water through it.

Does the vacuum remember your hard floor brush roll preference between uses? Having to use the app ever time you vacuum would be a pain.

You know i think the Kirby should have a go with the big mess test.
Do a big mess test with it then see how clean the filter is.
