@Christus Mea Lux You assume much! Some of the meanest, most cruel people I know do not like pets (of any kind). In fact, I would say that animal lovers are MORE likely to have a higher regard for life in all its forms.
Idolatry? I, for one, do not idolize my pups, or any animal. My love of animals is only a part of my love for all life. I believe most people on this site feel the same.

I had a dog many years ago that looked at me like this. We we’re together all day, everyday, except when I worked. It was so special. I still miss him.

It's so amazing how they can pick up on your vibe. Last year after getting out of the hospital I was home in bed. I fell asleep and when I woke up my dog was laying on the bed with her head on my stomach and face turned towards me just staring at me while I slept. Thing is, she never gets on my bed.
This pulled at my heart so hard
My dog passed away 4 days ago after being with us for 13 yrs,I love her so much .......I am watching this video to comfort myself....thx Dodo😭😭❤️❤️❤️

My lovely dog is now dead since september first, she was 15 years old and was my best best friend in life.... Without her my life is so sad .... I miss her a lot.... @@Andrew_M_Ward Oh god, I thought of this too. What an absolute treasure of a creature for her to have found. It's the risk we all take in life though when we open ourselves up to really loving another and making our lives with them as full and wonderful as we can. When Penny eventually goes I think her owner will know what a terrific life she gave her friend and that knowledge will sustain her, as it does all of us who can look back proudly on how much effort we made to master our own failings whilst we do our best to love and care. It's all we can do, whilst we struggle to pull through the inevitable miseries and unhappy shocks in life. When my mother was crumpled in grief over our beloved family dog dying unexpectedly it was the words of one of our neighbours that helped lift her up and unlocked the emotional key to change her mindset: "He had a wonderful life."

Australian Shepherds are incredibly loyal. Any guy will need to accept that he will be #3 - ALWAYS! If he doesn't like dogs, and threatens me or the dog, he'll be gone in a flash!

@The Dodo, Shame on you for nuturing this bad behaviour. The reason why she's 'clingy' is because of separation anxiety. In other words, when you go to work she is so stressed that she's afraid of being alone again. That's why when you came home she was very upset at you. Luckily dogs are very forgiving but doing this constantly will definitely shorten that poor girl's lifespan from grief. Please acknowledge the problem and see a dog psychologist or have behaviour therapy for it. Trust me~

@Connie `Grosser I rescued a black, white, tan mini Aussie from a dog hoarder. Challenging! Ate my sofa and loveseat, chewed holes in my walls, tore bars off of kennel and gives the BEST kisses ever! Love her to death!

Penny carrying that little stick of green leaves made me laugh out loud and then the goof put her bum way up in the air with her head down on the floor to eye ball the tiny blueberry! It’s amazing the doggo chills out quietly when she is at work. Instead of destroying the house...specially being a Velcro dog. Lol.
This is literally my dog. He stares at me all day long, he always has to be able to see me. My boyfriend cracks jokes about it all the time. Wish I could show y’all the many many pics of him staring at me 🥰😂

@@actsrv9 he only does this with me and my stepdad. He doesn’t care about anyone else. I’m definitely his favorite person. I think he always has to see me because I don’t live at my parents’ house anymore and he wants to make sure I’m not going anywhere. Sometimes I take him for a little vacation at my place and he gets so excited. He does probably have anxiety tho, I’m pretty sure he was born at a puppy mill and he was probably the runt of the litter

I was a little down today and this video was a great pick up. It actually drew tears to my eyes seeing the unconditional love this creature has for its owner. What a beautiful soul. I miss the dogs I had in my life, I'm not ready for one at this point but in a few years I hope to have a loving dog back in my life again.

My dog is like her. I cannot even go to the bathroom without him following me. I go to bed, wake up in the middle of the night to find him snuggling with me and his mouth laying across my neck. This is fine, really sweet, except for he fact he snores louder than me. I love the look of love in his eyes.

It’s just beautiful to see the love she has for you. I absolutely adore how she lays on your chest and lovingly stares you in the eyes. Dogs were Gods gift to humans, of course you know God spelled backwards is Dog. So He gave us dogs to make us feel love, peace and happiness no matter how bad a time we’re having, our dogs make us feel WONDERFUL.
My dog Cuddles me very rarely, 2 to 3 times in a year. I always want him to sleep beside me but he maintains his social distancing🤪. But the best part is he has never let me feel lonely or go through stress. Because I am 80% physically disabled and I stay alone.
My dog, a Bichon, doesn’t like to cuddle either. He follows me from room to room and loves it when I rub his belly, but never comes to me for affection nor does he want to sleep next to me. I adore him and he has a happy life, so I guess this is just the way it will be.

Ive had dogs that are loving before but never like with my current dog. she is a corgi mix and I think its australian shepherd/corgi bout 45 lbs. She is suuuuuper clingy but thats ok. Every time I wake up she will come and curl up on top of my neck and face for cuddles. Sometimes I can hardly breathe so Im not sure if she loves me or is trying to kill me lol.
