Pretty funny hearing you talk about your bike - my story was similar. I bought a 2008 1100S with 1300miles and it was LOADED. The previous owner had spent $15,000 in custom paint and parts, totally mint. I've added a couple things myself to improve it further, but I basically got a brand new 1100S dripping in upgrades and CF for only $10,000. I don't have quite the mileage that you have yet, but I will someday!

Dude I just got my 2011 EVO SP with 3700 km on it...last owner added a few carbon fiber parts, rizoma reservoir and grips, termi exhaust, etc.....god I love that bike!
Buying a hypermotard was one of the best decisions of my life! I got it up to 131 mph so far (on my UA-cam channel) it is quite an impressive bike I must say a real hooligan bike
Awesome setup. The Hyper has one purpose, and one purpose only: make you give your license to the police. Glad to see you are getting some miles on it.

Hey bro!Sick bike you've got there.....I subbed! I dont know If you read all comments,but your opinion would be appreciated. I just got my brand new 2014 Hypermotard 821 abt a month ago.(I was like a little kid....and its far fr being my first bike.But you dont feel that you have "the perfection" very often!). So,because we were right in the middle of winter here in Montreal,I sent my bike in London,Ont to have some modifications done (only aesthetic!). First,I dont like the front light + the whole plastic piece which got over the handlebars.I chose an "old school looking" round light w/ a minimalist carbon mould (matt black).There wont be anything over my handlebars.(tbh,its hard to describe) I also got the frame re-painted matte black (it was partly red....and Its got to be black,lol).And lastly,and fr what the guy told me,it was the hardest thing to do....the "Ducati" on the gas tank,which was white is now "a reflector"!!! Its all I did for now,cus $$$$. And because I'm mostly riding by myself and I dont know anyone w/ an H-motard,do you have a suggestion for me?Something I really need to put on,change,etc...(I'm riding more than 85% of the time in a urban area).I love doing wheelies,"drifting"...its abt it!So your 2 cents would be appreciated! I'm going to Ontario next Wednesday to get the beast...haha PS; sorry for my English...I know how bad it can be
Only 48 hours.... One last thing FIREGUY24 ,how should I ride my H-motard in the first cpl miles??? What kind of maintenance when you first ride the H-motard? (mine is a 821...not 1100!821cc,2014) Tnx in advance bro (if I dont ear fr you,I'll ride it to the dealership on my first ride....OMG!cant believe it,hahahaha) PS: the dude fr London is trying to get more $$$ fr me!!! It was a longer and harder job than he thought (so he says).But a deal is a deal,right? I said nothing while texting,and not a word n the phone...the dude's got my bike!Its a bad time to piss him off,lol But I'll see...if he did a great job,I dont mind paying even if we had an agreement. I WANT A STICKER ON MY BIKE!!! it will be THE only thing on it....but I really want a RHOK sticker on it....and I'll post a pic on your FB.
So Fireguy, if you still check your comments, what do you think of someone finding a 2009 1100S Hypermotard with 26,700 miles for $5k pretty much completely stock with only some bad boot gouges on the tail piece from where the idiot was too lazy to pick his leg up fully? Good price?
I do my own maintenance, even with the expensive evr clutch I can get plates and a basket for like $300. The maint. isn't as bad as people think. All bikes are high maintenance.
Now that a thumper. To put ALL other motards to shame. Not sure if anyones ever checked this out. But over seas they built a wr660x. Motard. Badass check it out and dream on like i do. I ride the wr250x.

have the same bike,only with big bore kit,racing ecu,termi 2 in 1,light flywheel....great bike

how the hypermotard 796 ? is a powerful too for do stunt or not good enough ? now i riding at sv650s
