@@barbcoll100 I started with a single under the trees on a 10ft leader, then in open water near the beach, i had one at 10ft then tied hook shank to the eye of another on the point at 14ft.

I only use a size 12 here as that's the biggest hook size you can fish here. but a well dressed 10 should look like a nice meal to a trout, but again is the natural that size. Regards MD
