আটা দিয়ে পারফেক্ট মুচমুচে রসালো খাজা
Ingredients
==========
For the Dough
1 cup whole wheat flour (ata)
1tbsp ghee
1/4 teaspoon salt
Water (as needed)
For Sugar Syrup
==============
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 elach
Prepare the Dough
=================
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour,ghee, and salt.
Mix well until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Gradually add water to knead into a smooth, firm dough.
Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
3. Shape the Khaja
================
Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll each ball into a thin oval or rectangle (about 1/2 inch thick).
Spread a thin layer of the filling on top.
Fold the dough in half and press the edges to seal. You can also twist or cut the edges for decoration.
Fry the Khaja
============
Heat oil or ghee in a deep pan over medium heat.
Fry the khajas in batches until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serve
=====
Enjoy your Ata Diye Khaja with tea or as a sweet treat during festivals and special occasions! Store in an airtight container for up to a week
