Today I am going to share fibbi special 1.5 kg Beef Seekh Kabab Commercial Recipe.
Ingredients :
Beef : 1.5 Kg
Beef Fat : 200 Gram
Ginger And garlic paste : 1 Tablespoon
Salt : 1 Tablespoon
Red Chili Flakes : 1 Tablespoon ( 1 Tea Spoon For Less Spicy )
Red Chili Powder : 1 Tablespoon ( 1 Tea Spoon for Less Spicy )
Gram Masala : 1 Tea Spoon
Seekh Kabab masala Of Any Brand : 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds : 1 Table spoon
Coriander Seeds : 1 Tablespoon
Chickpea Flour : 1 Tablespoon
Mix It very well then Minced The Meat 2 time then Add
Cooking Oil : 2 Tablespoon
mix it very well Make Bbq it will take 10 to 12 minutes
