This is outstanding. Well done. Thank you for raising the bar, and for reviving hope & humanity.
For setting the bar where it should (have) be/been. This need to be implemented and mandatory across the whole country .
It's a start. But there still needs to be A LOT more work done at the in-take stage of officer formation. It's still possible to become a cop with a only a high school diploma. Teachers have to have university degrees, but the people we entrust to patrol our communities with firearms and tasers, and empower to use lethal force when they determine it's lawful, are only required to have passed Grade 12. Sure, they have to pass police training, but shouldn't that be the icing on their educational cake? And if the prefrontal cortex isn't fully developed until about age 25, why do we have police officers who are much younger than that?
I've said for years that police need to spend a month at a nursing home for the elderly.
The US can learn from this. 😎
Suresh ...you are in the news..wow...
I like this. More of this, please!
Credit towards those who challenge themselves.
There will probably be a rise in officers being physically harmed with this immersion program🤷🏻♂️
compassion over control
Good idea to improve our society 😍
Great concept. Should be implemented in various walks of life.
