I got a chance to see him at a local bar about 23 years ago. I stood directly in front of him the whole show. In my mind he was playing for only me. I got a guitar pick from the show along with his signature on my Long Misty Days album. It hangs on the wall next to me as I sit here at my computer. Going to that show ranks in the top 10 best days of my life. I have a love for his style that has lasted for 38 years, and still going strong.
I'm 72, and I bought this album the day it came to the record store I went to. It Still give me Goosebumps today.....I've seen Mr. Trower 6 or 7 times, starting in 72...Saw him the last time In 2015....Still AWESOME....Only wish JD was still alive to sing with his Amazing voice.....RIP JD.......
Why do baby boomers have to tell us how old they are and they've been listening to rock all their life? If your a boomer rock is what you grew up with what the fuck music would you have listened to.
