Thank you. Coming from cycling I have been using power as guide as per suggested. My question: in your cadence video you mention that increasing cadence increases power output and pace. So how to maintain power but increase cadence? Or should I train for higher cadence and embrace the new economy and gain more power output? Does that make sense?
