My 11th and 12th both got wasted but now i take drop and join Aakash institute this tym i wanted to do wrk hard but now i feel like i m nt giving my best bcz of distractions major distraction is utube and when i want to study i feel sleepy and i am also addicted to smoking plz suggest me hw i can overcome thse problems so tht i can focus only on my goal😢

Start 5 times salah regularly Recite quran e kareem Recite darood Shareef ... And do tauba sincerely & seek help from Allah not to repeat the same things again . Sleep early & wake up early , drink Alot of water . Less ur screen time & take short breaks while u sit to study. Use digital well being mode in ur phn ( go to settings , scroll up & see how much time u spend on social apps & do lock those apps settings 0 minutes as timer) & block all notifications from all apps which distracts u And secondly no external factor can truly motivate , have that strong reason as to why u want to pursue in This field .. & when u Remember Allah & Beloved Prophet صللہ علیہ وسلم u will feel at peace. I hope this will help u . Lastly Allah loves all & Allah will certainly help & guide u .
