I saw it back in June and it’s true - it didn’t look like much, which is why I was so impressed when I received it!!! The leather is so different from other Saint Laurent bags, I love it 😍

I think it’s because this bag is a runway piece. They usually have different boxes. Same with shoes.

I think its a super cool work of art, that's functional too - you can get tons of stuff in it and it's not a boring bag that looks the same as others - love the way you pick statement bags that are unusual - like the noodle bag etc. It's a fun bag and a great statement - well done!!

I thought it was cute until I saw the inside lol it looks so cheap to me. Def not worth $2k but you’re only paying for the brand anyways
I think that’s uncalled for as the craftsmanship of this bag is exquisite. Suede in general is a tricky material to take photos/videos of, but all I can say is that it definitely didn’t feel cheap. And as regards to “paying for the brand” - I recommend for you to check out @tanner.leatherstein on TikTok (& I believe he’s on UA-cam as well) because he does in depth analysis of multiple luxury designer bags/shoes etc to see how much they actually cost to make, so yeah, paying for the brand is inevitable 😅
This is a gable box 😂 there is nothing unique or original by this. That box style is used for party favors please
The shape itself is not original, however, what’s original about it is that it’s not ~inspired~ by a gable box, but it literally looks like an actual gable box! It’s also extremely well made & practical, which is very uncommon in the luxury fashion “novelty” item category 🙌
It's unique as far as pocket book and It's not common in the world of fashion!
