Turn on bluetooth and GPS on your phone and connect to the smartwatch via the application. This GPS is essential when connecting for the first time. If you still can't connect, please reset your phone and try again.

Buenas me a venido hace unos dias y le baje la app que tiene pero se ve que nno es muy buena ya que como lo tenga nucho conectado me drena la bateria del reloj y que no hablan muy bien de la app alguna otra que no sea pagando y sea relativamente buena gracias.
Desactiva el GPS en tu teléfono. Esto solo es necesario la primera vez que se empareja con su reloj. Desconecte su reloj de su teléfono cuando esta conexión no sea necesaria. La batería durará más.

The battery should charge in about 2 hours. You can check while charging by pressing the button. Install the application from the QR code on your phone. Turn on bluetooth and location, then connect the smartwatch with the phone via the application. The date and time will be set automatically. You can change the language in the app.

The other comments seem to be the same question in different languages. I agree with them. I cannot find any place to change the brightness, regardless of what "it should be in." If it was that easy, no one would be asking. Maybe it was there in some previous incarnation but it does not seem that it is there now. It looks like the entire watch was covered screen by screen in this video, so if there was a brightness control, surely it would have shown up in the video. Therefore, rather than saying "it should be in the menu" could you please show us where it is located in the video?

The app that comes with it doesn't function on Android 12.
I have Android 12 or 13 (Note 10 Pro) and no problem with it.
@@Gadgetsnewsandtests I have a TCL 20R 5G and on my phone it's not working. It messes with the launcher settings. So everytime you go back to your main screen you first have to choose what launcher you want to use. Touching the always button doesn't help to set the right launcher
I have Android 14 and the app does work. The app version is V1.2.2 The issue I have is after 3 days it, doesn't last more than 8hrs, before I have to recharge it or the battery dies on it.
