Great content as always mashallah. Was just wondering whether you knew of any high dividend yield ETF's or REIT's that are similar to the Vanguard products but obviously shariah compliant? If there was would be a good idea to propose to local Masajid hence taking away the reliance on Jummuah/Ramadhan donations and making them completely passive in the years to come with the investments compounding but also paying back dividend too.

Then I set up the payments method that I can choose whether it’s debit card only or credit card only or paypal only or whether all of them. the customers purchase the products with their debit card or paypal or credit card. But most of the customers just want to purchase the products with their credit card. Is this permissible to take the money if they purchase products with their credit card? If it is in a conventional cash ISA then no - that's just interest you're earning. If it is a cash ISA with Al Rayan or Gatehouse etc - then that's fine.

Are “Islamic cash ISA” halal? I know you’ve spoken about “Help to Buy ISA” and “Stocks and Shares ISA”.
