Now thats a J-Block.. I built and ran few "street and ex-prostock" very nice.. Old timer like me would call it a Pro-Street ! Had no Idea these have come the full Cult circle.. Nice Job Mr. JR. Nice.. 👍
I have a stock ‘82 KZ1000 LTD that I rode in college 20yrs ago. I want to get it back on the road, but hate its stock look. I am leaning toward a bobbed front end mod, while I rebuild of freshen up the engine. cylinders 1, 2 & 3 were all firing well when I parked it, but cylinder 4’s carb needed work, so firing was intermittent. would ZX9 or ZX12 front ends make since to be fitted to it? any suggestions? I’m all ears. I’d like to be able to sit more upright on cruises, but be able to get into a more sporty position when I run from local & state law enforcement on highways (kidding)

I'm looking to build one just like that one. Where did you find parts for it. I want bore it out to 1300 with a 9" over swing arm

You can get one like this for around $25k.. they’re 35k plus with big block engines. This is a stock block 1260 with big valve head.
