They moved from Detroit where they would have to pay American citizens a livable wage and took their plants to places like Mexico where they can pay workers less. If everyone was an entrepreneur, we would find ways to redefine what we mean when we use the word entrepreneur. If entrepreneurship was the new baseline, then those defying the norm would perhaps be the new entrepreneurs. Really this question is philosophical in nature and doesn't have a right or wrong answer.
