1. If 65% Govt. quota seats are provided in Minority Colleges it will be very useful for all (Minority and Non-Minority) TN students.
2. If some reservation provided for Local (TN) students in Management quota also like other south states it will be very Good. and repeaters count also will be reduced in TN

Is it possible for keralite apply in tamil nadu or karnataka private colleges?
Yes.
In NEET application, I have chosen category as OBC-NCL. Since, I am unable to get NCL certificate, can I apply under General Category in AIQ R1.
In some quora, it is mentioned that I can't change my category in R1. But, if I get a seat in R1 under OBC-NCL quota, I have to report to the allotted college and since I will not have OBC-NCL certificate, my seat will be canceled and I will be automatically changed to General category. In this case, is it possible to get the same college in R2 under General category? In R2, if seat allotment is followed in descending order, then if the last rank list under General category in that college is lesser than my rank, will I get seat?
Since, I am applying under different category now(ie General category), will different rule be followed? ie, not in descending ordee.

Yes, but you will lose the security deposit and the colleges may also have some deductions.

What is the meaning of joining?
My doubt is if my child decided to join R1. I paid all the fees including additional fees.
Then apply for R2. Now again i have to pay all the fees immediately to the allotted new college or already paid fees adjusted for new college?
In TN, the fees gets transferred to the new college. If there is any difference in fees, you have to pay only the difference.

Don't pay hostel and mess fees in R1. Tell the college that you will pay it later.

I have a doubt regarding Round 3 of TN State Quota Counselling. I hope you will answer this specific question in the comments section itself instead of Neengal Ketavai,as my question is a bit strange (or even stupid) and not many ppl will think about
Q. If i have participated in both Round 1 and Round 2 of TN State Counselling, and I am not alloted any seat. Then i participate in round 3 and gets an allotment but i am not interested in joining the college and wishes to quit medical counselling as a whole then can i decline the round 3 Allotment? Will there be any forfeiture of fees and if so,will there be discontinuation fee (penalty) for declining round 3 seat?
It is clearly stated in the prospectus. Check Page 66 of TN govt quota prospectus.
You will lose the security deposit if you don't download the allotment letter.
You will lose the security deposit and tuition fees and have to pay the discontinuation fees if you have downloaded the allotment letter.
@@JustGetMBBS so by not downloading the allotment order (thereby not paying the tution fees) of the not interested college, I can avoid the discontinuation fees and have to forfeit only security deposit, right?
@@ttwwoo22 that is what is given in the prospectus. It's practically difficult for the selection committee to chase someone and collect the money which he has not paid yet.

If possible, please make a seperate detailed video regarding the cases where discontinuation fees will be charged because the prospectus seems very contradicting and incomplete regarding the penalty with confusing tabular columns and flowcharts.

Yes, you are right. This is unlikely to happen for top colleges unless you have not given MMC as your first choice in R1 itself.
If you had given MMC as No. 1 choice in R1 and you didn't get it, it means no one below you might have got it. So, the descending order issue will not affect you in R2.
The problem may happen if you did not give MMC as your first choice in R1.

Official fees is 13.9 lacs per year. Actual fees will be higher depending on the college.
I think Panimalar charges 17.5 lacs + hostel. Check what Madha is charging.
