Hi! It depends on how dense and long you want your cyberlox to be! I sometimes use a bit more and sometimes less, it's not always the same amount, but it's usually something between 25 and 30 meters in sum (just the tubular crin) I think. 😊
What is the thickness of the sponge rubber sheet?
2-3 mm
