    Great episode! I read the BP book called 30 Day Stay when it came out a couple of years ago and found MTS very interesting. I currently have enough long-term properties that keep me very busy especially doing value add work and increasing rents. I do keep a mental inventory of my locations that I think might work as a MTS.

    I called local construction companies for anyone transitioning. Construction is booming in my city right now. I think they thought I was competing (with my one) so they didn’t want to send any referrals. Said they have “their own” mid terms for those buying 🤷🏻‍♂️ regardless. Lots of activity. Working on scaling

    Many markets went to mid term years ago when STR regulations came. All STR's had furniture so they naturally became MTR's. So it's not a secret.
