It makes our brains way more efficient. It helps anxiety as the day is more predictable, and it organizes our mind making it more efficient. It doesnt even matter, you dont even think about moving your hand to brush each individual tooth, or recognize your brushing your teeth. Youre essentially on autopilot. Why does this happen? >Youve done it so many times at around the same time, that your mind has learned to ignore it as a conscious act. Your brain has strengthened itself to become more autonomous when that thing comes up in your day. >This makes your day more predictable, and lines up everything else. It also allows your brain to more efficiently focus on more important things. So yeah...

What happened to calendar June 1st, 2022? Why can't I make phone calls "tomatoe" anymore? I hate this new version, as an ADHD person, I had cleaning in Grape, Appointments in Dark Blue, etc. I never or rarely look at gmail. So I am not happy. They left the un-necesary, and removed the necessary. Grrrr. Why?

Great tutorial. My client shared access to her work calendar with me. As I am in a different time zone, the actual meeting time converts with my local time. So I see a different meeting time. I want to see the same meeting time as her. Is there a way I can do that?

Another YT video missing a crucial detail!!! How do you create BANNERS instead of just colored BULLET point next to the event??!!! Look at the calendar in this video. Some have a colored circle next to the event title, and others are "encased" in a colored banner. HOW TF do you do THAT??!!!! I know how to do it for a multi-day event, but how to do it for a single day event!!???
