It is absolutely amazing how privilege ( on all accounts), can fast forward you past a formal education and still affords you all the rights and access into spaces of power.

I was researching this today and they pay most if not all their master class instructors 100 K upfront and 30% of the money that comes from their class
"Own your decisions." Even if you're the guy who gave us "New Coke" in the '80s.
I suspect Masterclass did an upfront fee + revenue share model with each person based on view count. If it was a one off fee, the outlay would be enormous.

She was probably eager to do the class because to a small part the public perception of her was negative and it’s not good to have when your giving opinion on fashion.
What happened to Anna Wintour?
LouisPee Nothing really. Just that she was under heavy criticism for wearing fur and also for being difficult to work with allegedly.

" nothing like in the movie" lol did you really think she would show its like that. Vogue employes for decades now are telling us her reputuation is like that not without reason. She claims she's a very opinionated invidual and that's why people don't like her. I think it's true to some degree but obviously it's just that. I'm interested in this industry for too long to go for this. It's PR. I actually respect how effective she is but she's not the kind way representative.

Wow the price really fluctuates! Right now in the UK the price is £40, which roughly equates to $51!!!

@@LouisPetrides I am in France and it costs 100€ :) When there was no advertisement (I'd say about 6 months ago) for the Masterclass website, it was 200€ per class and no possibility for an all-access whatsoever

My prices just changed again. So it's now 140 for a single Masterclass and 24 a month for all-access. LOL

Thanks for this... I watched maybe 2 lessons to see who she was but looks like I should have viewed this as a 3rd video in a series Marc Jacobs first... then 2nd Diane VF then Anna Witour... Thank you... What about Sara Blakely??? I know she started her business from the ground up, she's probably not considered luxury like the other 3 but successful in fashion nonetheless
