I love your videos! I’ll have to check for any of your videos for more basic arm movements. My arms don’t move gracefully. I look ridiculous when I try to move my arms! You explain things so well and I appreciate that you show the moves facing away from the camera. I cannot make the flip when the instructor is facing me. I learn everything backwards.
