My screen don’t show that 2nd line with options

I'm using Sewart and SewWhat Pro. After the stitch process in Sewart I was left with 6 colors witch the demo version will only save that many. Having saved those 6 colors to a jef. file and opening the image in Sew What Pro the stitched image shows up with 6 colors BUT it shows 3 reds of the same shade and the black border color is not saved or not showing up. A little help please

How do you get ver satin to pop up on the tool bar?? I converted my image to a svg file thinking that would do it but nothing! 😂
