It's cute how Blake's cat ears react to her emotions, especially when she's with Yang. With that in mind, I imagine that, at this point, it is virtually impossible for Blake to lie to Yang since her cat ears would likely give it away. Not that she ever would lie to Yang. Blake feels like she's hurt Yang one too many times already.
When you think about it, their love fits the fairy tales they were based on in the ways you'd expect. Blake is based on Belle/Beauty and fell in love with a Beast (of battle). Yang is based on Goldilocks and found the one "just right for her" The only question i got is if Remnant has IVF procedures for couples like them.

You can clearly see that in the last few volumes Blake and Yang care about each other in a way that's so much more than friendship or just being teammates. They truly did develop real feelings for each other, and I think they did a fantastic job with the progression of their relationship. 🖤💛🖤💛🖤💛🐝🐝
