I think he is the strongest I have seen, but even then, I don’t claim him the strongest, simply because I know that I haven't even seen half of all dragonball what-ifs out there. The more simple version of this is that Goku with Mahoraga's adaptability would likely just adapt to Ki itself, allowing him to negate the effects of Ki and also bypass Ki barriers. This would probably happen by the King Piccolo arc at the latest, and by that point Goku would officially be unstoppable to all except Cell (who would also gain this wheel). Unfortunately in the Buu saga he'd likely get absorbed by Buu which would lead to the end of the universe.

What if goku was always a saiyan like in OG dragon ball he was just a boy with a monkey tail that could turn into a giant ape so what would it have been like if he was planned as an alien which would mean as a saiyan he would grow much faster when training with someone stronger than him and when he’s hurt he’d actually get a zenkai and he would have a much easier time in the time chamber so he could stay in for an extra month or longer

Due to the fact that this Goku has Mahoraga's adaptation, Mahoraga's adaptation in JJK would also adapt his attacks in order to bypass his opponent's durability (example being Mahoraga in the JJK manga literally turning off Gojo's Infinity) so Goku having the same adaptability, being able to adapt to Zamasu's immortality and find a way to permanently turn it off isn't that far from what someone with Mahoraga's Adaptation can do (provided they have enough time to adapt ofc)
Now that the Jujitsu kaisen story is complete there is one idea that is surprisingly not done as much and was inspired by Death Battle's Beerus versus Sailor Galaxia: Sailor Moon & Dragon Ball Z crossover ( both in the same world: a power struggle between the Nega-verse and the Frieza Force, the collaboration of the Red Ribbon Army and the Death Busters, some villains interacting with the Demon Realm, the world of the Kais & The Starlight Core working with the galactic patrol, a heated rivalry between Future Trunks and Teenage Chibi Moon, and Sailor Galaxia being sealed by Beerus.)

But it does have a limit due to how much damage an attack can overcome the reflection but as a saiyan , I believe goku can combat that. Think meliodas full counter but with your body.
I would say, when the sayans arrived, I would belive the other Z fighters to be stronger than cannon, simply due to Goku being stronger than them from the start, so they would have at least a period where they tried to catch up to him. Goku before the start of android saga (when this Vegeta arrived) would easily beat Super Buu (the strongest Buu) in base form, might take kaioken times 3 to be sure, but just times 2 should be enough. Also noticed that this Krillin would be far stronger than his cannon cunterpart at this point in time due to his training on Yaidrat. I love that both Vegeta and Future Trunks unlocks ss3 during the ending of android saga. Gotenks having better adabtibility than Gohan is crazy, and his fast growth was refreshing.
