When I was a child, my mom would cook the pumpkin and she'd make "empanadas" out of the pumpkin filling, or little pumpkin pies. :) We did not decorate the pumpkins, we'd eat it! Times have changed though!

We found one seller on Amazon too but they only have one color, which was Blue. Best to check all Asian stores in your area, if any.
