I think most of the audiologists in the UK suggest that you must leave some in the ear that it’s not good to have a completely clean ear. It has to do with the acidity, that we need a certain amount of flora. It’s not a bad thing to not have it squeaky clean.
The really good doctors have a strategy moving the wax one thing I noticed is that they start with the hook and remove the wax from the walls and the crevices on the wall
