Hi Ly,your cart looks excellent so far.The lights work and you protected them in brackets which is very smart.Don't forget to put FUSES or circuit breakers in for the electrical stuff,it will keep you from burning the wires if you get a short circuit.Great series on this cart.

Nice thing, it looks like a moto-cart, three comments though: 1. those self tapper screws are meant for single sheet perforation without pre-drilling 2. she needs to get a drill with 2 gears and side handle (prevent hands twisting) 3. she's always too nice dressed for welding and dirty work. Work clothing with pockets recommended 😁

Most of us (men anyway!) love to watch you work in the outfits you wear--obviously something you do on purpose to encourage viewership--but truth be known--it would be a lot safer if you wore something more appropriate for the kind of metal work you do! I say this as a long time welder fabricator with many burns and injuries because I did not take the right precautions!

hey i like your work but i need to tell you, your fuel tank doesnt like rain, water will keep entering you fuel tank if its outside like this, you need to protect it more from the rain. its the original design of this its a problem
She is the worst greedy on line mechanic. When she got free Korea Daewoo motors Nubira ( U.S Model name) she dir not properly clean up dirt from engine compartment & inside bare body surface. The unclean dirt will emit bad smell. I watched repair/selling vehicle. It is not worthy to watch her works.

You could use a few clamps as well to make positioning and welding of pieces easier.
