They can do but fellowship is to learn the skills in oral surgery MDS they learn a lot so becomes tough to learn in depth about oncology. Same with cleft surgeries or hair transplant for oral surgeons.

Surgical oncology only after MDS in omfs. Prosthetic oncology possible after MDS prostho.

It is usually based on surgeries done, not completely fixed salary.. would be quite a few lakhs based on surgeries done..
How many seats in oncology all over India
It's not MDS, it's fellowship after MDS in oral surgery. The universities providing it change every year.
