this is a worm gearbox. Now here is a thing about those. Usually you would do it to get high torque at the output. However, since your gear has a small diameter, it will press on the screw way hard (because of short lever). But the screw has got to slide continously against the gear, worm gearboxes are high friction), and unfortunately the contact patch between gear and screw is really small. This means with high pressure due to small gear, the screw and gear will be metal glitter in no time. In real worm gearboxes these issues are mitigated with a large gear, fitting screw pitch for desired reduction ratio, and specially shaped tooth profiles that maximize the contact patch area so lubricant has a chance to work.
I love the way you cut the worm wheel, it went so smooth! One thing I don't understand is the attempt at hardening the worm screw. If you wanted to harden it all the way through, it was not hot enough at all. If you only wanted to harden the section of the threads that will interface the wheel, I think you should have mounted the screw on a drill and then heated it up while rotating to avoid burning away the fine threads on one side.

Hi my friend Thank you for your comment 💐 The bolt was 2 mm threading and it was 16 mm diameter. And the shaft was 28 mm diameter and after making gear it has 40 teeth with 2 mm pitch. And 40 to 1 gearbox 😉 It depends on you if you want a 100 to 1 gearbox, the shaft must bigger than that choose ,and have 100 teeth.
