There are three parts in our brain: 1) reptilian, powerful like crocodiles who fight or flight, 2) emotional (12 types, 9 are not good) and 3) rational. If overwhelmed by either 1 or 2 change your focus to something creative. A good sleep, even if just closing your eyes will change the frequency of vibrations in your brain. During sleep we reach something beyond us. Sleep bridges the gap. Experience nature: forest, meadows, beach, water, birds, rtc. Different short pieces of classical music in the morning or whilst driving is very calming and often pleasantly surprising. I also enjoy modern music played with classical instruments. Finally, food. Do your salad first, the rest is optional. Stay hydrated. Something you need electrolytes. Have you diner by 4pm and aim to wake up hungry. Drop all forms of refined flour and sugar. A full body massage or some form of healing will release other problems (traumas) you may not even be aware of. It is important to visit the best practitioners. Read a lot, too. Follow your interests, stay curious. Read about real people and other people experiences. Read what they recommend.
