Great video! What are the future plans for Collin county outer loop ? What about the area between Pecan Grove development and this development? Thanks

Thanks! The last published plans for outer loop is that the existing 2 lane road will be the northern frontage road - the proposed freeway will be 6 lanes will take a lot of traffic off of Powell Rd. They have not yet begun construction, nor have I seen any signs of it beginning soon and I drive on Outer Loop several times a week. Pecan Grove Phase 2 just started in 2020 and will have a proposed 473 lots bringing it almost to Powell Rd. Just north of Outer Loop there is a Business Park that has not yet had any construction, or proposed tenants to my knowledge. Anna Ranch also has just started construction with their 651 Acre Community with Gehan being the first builder; They have not yet poured any foundations; the sign just went up a few weeks ago, and they are working on the roads as I write this.
