There are so many out there most shows are based on body count or area that it's produced or how much media coverage it got. Or are considered part of history because it changed the way the police or public did something. Just growing up in Alaska we had case after case that was 1-3 victims or more that are very interesting. There are some web sites that do lists of murders by country, county, state, borough or what not that are based on public record and you can see if there are any shows on them by cross referencing on Google. Some There are only reports and articles and charging documents to read. Some they know there is a list of victims but they don't know who they are or much about the killer because they died and never spoke.
There is a school shooting before all the big ones in the US in bethel Alaska. Evan Ramsey. His father had held the Anchorage times newspaper employees hostage because they wouldn't print his editorials any more. He claimed the school shooting was because of video games. Then later in life Evan admitted it didn't have a thing to do with it. It was just an excuse. My parents knew his parents early in his life, my sister babysat him. Then they moved back to the village. There's a axe attack on a guys parents in mat-su Valley and Anchorage if u look it up.
And the Mandy lamier case in Alaska has quite a few shows on it.
Michelle Linehan and is a twisted case. She got off scot free because of a screw up in court.
Winona Fletcher shot 4 people execution style during a robbery at 15. Then had 2 kids in custody sued the state for it and now has alot of $ .
Or look up Russian Jack Park murders in Anchorage Alaska.
Then of course Isreal Keys has shows
      Just a few ideas....

Tuchlin was evil. But, he is no less a victim of society in every way, he never had anything to begin with, he was born into violence, or otherwise complete parental disregard, he was raised in a farm house, to a poor, ignorrant parents who treated him like one of their pigs because they themselves were victims, and didn't know better. Poland was a cold, dark place to be born in 1957; schooling, social services, medical services, child-protection services etc.... those things we take for granted, After WWII, Poland was totally Messed Up by Nazi occupation, that'd Used and Abused the entire land of Poland. Can you imagine yourself, being alone and isolated, faced with that reality? Maybe you can. But practically no-one can grasp being born to live like that, a person like that, is Most likely to become evil, feral, animalistic, barbaric. That person will explode, not once, but at any given time and opportunity. It does highlight the issue of culpability.

Sounds like a long-winded excuse for that perverted creep. I don't care what you were born into violently taking these women's lives is just evil, and it wouldn't matter if he came out of the best circumstances the thing with someone like him is he enjoyed taking the lives he took. It's like he didn't care if they died or not he enjoyed the hunt and assault by hammer and sexually. He chose to be evil. There is no excuse for that. A lot of people who had a childhood just as bad and worse in some cases, but they didn't go out bashing in women's heads and sexually assaulting them. What excuse would you have for privileged killers? There are some that had everything they needed growing up and parents who loved them and would never harm them. That's just another evil killer that cares for no one but themselves. They have being evil in common. He definitely got what he deserved in the end. Too bad they didn't use a hammer as his form of execution but they would have to get a sadist to carry it out and I'm glad they don't do that because that would make them just like the criminal. Whatever form of execution they used is fine with me. Just getting it done is the point. But I hope it was painful whatever they did to eliminate him from this world.
