You best believe Mike Keith gonna be in the room to give Deion that history lesson. 2. Deion said months ago that he didn't want Shadeur going to a cold weather team who plays outside. We're in the south with a brand new stadium for him to play in his 3rd year. 3. Calihan has that back ground with Manning and a whole bunch of top tier QB's. Also, Calihan didn't DRAFT Levis, so Ran will make sure that Deion knows that failure wasn't on him. 4. We have an improving O-line and Ridley plus two top tier running backs. I think Deion will relate to Ran in how he's trying to build the team if he looks deeper into the athleticism Ran focused on in recent drafts and free agents. Our receivers get open, but we simply don't have a QB who delivers the ball with accuracy and on time. Shadeur will fix that problem. 5. If Calihan fails Shedeur in year one, that opens the door for Deion to coach the 2026 season which will make us the most talked about team in the NFL.
I remember when Dion said a few years ago that his son wasn't going to be a top 5 pick or something like that but he was a #1 overall pick. I think they are sitting the stage for him to drop with excuses that whoever passes was because of him... chess not checkers

Deion is going to leave a D1 head coaching position to coach DB’s in the NFL? He is more than likely to be the next head coach at Florida State than returning to the NFL as a position coach.
