- Welcome to this ASMR video with dry hand sounds to beat your tingle immunity and put your mind at ease. I love hand sounds, it's my fav ASMR sound trigger. The dry ones are the best for me because it reminds me of massage sounds, especially if they are slow and gentle. They can calm me down if I'm in an anxious state or having a stressful week. Besides hand sounds, you will also listen to soft mouth sounds, and I like to say they are "mouth sounds for people that don't like mouth sounds" ;)
ASMR triggers you will see here: hand movements close to the camera, dry hand sounds, soft mouth sounds, finger fluttering, and a bit of whispering because this is a Minimal talking ASMR video. I like to add that it's so cozy when ASMR follows a dark background 🙌
If you prefer to use ASMR videos to focus on something, like work, gaming, reading, or drawing, (what many call the Background ASMR), this also includes mouth sounds and word repetition. I hope you have a great night's sleep (or that you're feeling calmer)

I think I’ve fallen asleep to this almost everyday for a month. It’s so hard to find a good balance between the hand and mouth sounds and people doing it too fast and aggressive that it’s not as calming. This one is so perfect.

I have been coming back and coming back to this particular video for the last couple of weeks-- it's so good. My four kids are sick at the moment, I am likely coming down with the head cold, too. My grandmother died suddenly and unexpectedly last night, and I am heavy with grief. Whether from grief or illness, my head is throbbing, and I am curled up in bed feeling physical and emotional pain. I am coming back to the comfort of this video, putting it on loop, and am going to hopefully sleep, and rest. Thank you for gifting us your comfort and positive energy to walk alongside us through all the aspects of life.
