He has been, multiple times.
he just got banned for 3 or 4 months starting august.
2 strikes have been given already, 2nd one being a 12 week suspension with a 5000 pounds fine.

Perhaps it would have been better to title this " Most Surprising ..." or " Most Unexpected..." and leave "Most shocking.." to the refs and organisers who continue to condone foul play.
Better to change the title to "biggest upsets of the year". With the current title the video should be filled entirely by Asal's behaviour on court
