those aren't flyways those are hella split ends where her layers are and if he went through and cut the layers and then did the spiking afterwards, it would have saved her so much more from the split ends working up, you idiot.
Kendall Record I was going to make the same point. It was quite apparent that they are split ends. You can see it even more clearly once the body curls were loosened. The point cut would’ve been more defined if he trimmed the dead ends first. I’m guessing he wanted to preserve as much length and fullness as possible.
Her hair looked so dry and dull where the color is, but that flat iron worked so beautifully.
TheMrskitty31 lighter hair is always going to look "dry" er than dark hair. Light colors reflect light and dark colors absorb light. Hence the difference.

I don't really agree about her hair looking dry, I was interested in your comment about how light hair looks different than dark colored hair, I'm new to hair I don't know nothing about it, does natural hair need any type of moisturiser because he didn't add anything to it except conditioner, I think that's what TheMrskitty31 was talking about...

Love this smart idea to use the white paper to spot where to trim after the experience I had in the salons I feel like they cut too much I started to just cut my own ends and even go natural I’m literally terrified of shops because they always leave me under the dryer tomoong even when I feel my hair totally dry then they use the steam blower that’s wayyy to hot and flat iron love that the hair is at least wrapped when being dryed probably the one shop I might actually step foot in
Incredible which brush or comb would you use for fine coily hair when ur blowdrying and if I wanted to straighten my hair can you name a list of products I can buy and name somethn to make my hair stronger Thank you for sharing

So do I have to use the same kind of blow dryer if I want to get that straight look or any blow dryer will work
THIS is the bouncy look I'm trying to get. I still use the Chi products I had when my hair was relax, but when I flat iron now it comes out stiff. Like bend your head and your hair sticks out straight kinda stiffness. I think I will give this methods a try.
Sisi Hernandez Try using a sulfate shampoo to cleanse your hair well and a lightweight leave in & avoid using too much of the product when you're going to flat iron so that it won't weigh down the hair and cause it to get stiff

Katie Pham I know it does but sometimes sulfate free shampoos do not get your hair cleaned all the way , which may be the reason her hair comes out stiff or not bouncy. I'm not saying she should shampoo all the time with sulfate shampoo but maybe too much build up is causing her hair to not have as much movement
You could be weighing your hair down with the wrong products to wash, not blowing it out well, need a trim, or need a better flat iron or cleanse your hair well. I suggest to not put anything (product) other than the chi leave in silk before flat ironing

Do you rinse the Almond Butter conditioner out before applying the rinse and also is the color being rinsed with warm or cool water?

TheMsbells girl. This man is a master at the curl, he did a great job! But, this girls hair is pumpkin orange with tons of roots showing. Now, granted, it's entirely possible this girl wanted pumpkin orange hair..... but it's still such a strange color to me.
She had roots showing when she came in, the video said it was a stain, so I believe they just changed the color of the color she already had only. i also assume she wanted orange
